Renting with Avis is always very cost effective and easy. I never have any issues with vehicle availability and the folks are always very accommodating and friendly.

This particular location has too much going on. It is a AVIS/ Budget/UHall facility. This is not a modern facility. Cars are parked on the grass / gravel. Every car I have rented in the past had a CD player as standard equipment. My car did not. I have been a preferred member for many years renting exclusively from AVIS as a government employee for over 30 years. The staff was professional, but this location and car variety did not meet my expectations. My cars Upholstery was stained as well. I will try to avoid this location in the future.

The car rental process can sometimes be long and cumbersome. But that has never been my experience with Avis. The website is easy to use. Everything is very up front and clear about what to expect as far as vehicle type, fees, etc. My local office is Dover, DE is great! The staff is friendly and they work efficiently. I've never had to wait for more than 10 minutes and the cars are always clean and ready to go.

The staff were extremely helpful the price was good and the van met all my needs
