Picked up car in DC and dropped off in NYC. Had a great experience with staff at both locations. Fast, friendly, efficient. Car was fine... only quibble was gas tank only 3/4 full. Good job Enterprise!
What I value most about Enterprise is their friendly and quick services. I've had no waiting times no any issues with the services rendered to me by the company's welcoming and capable staff.
Quick and easy at this place! Lot is just around the corner from the rental office, clear directions on how to find it were given. I was in and on my way out in under 15 which is amazing!
Quick pickup, friendly staff. Car could've been cleaner, this seems to be a common issue with Enterprise, with the cars not being well cleaned. Return was quick.
This location, while busy is always committed to their promise of finding you a car and getting you on the road. During COVID-19, DC has seen a large increase in people renting cars (about 1/2 the people I know even own cars), so Enterprise is keeping up with demand, though challenging, they are doing it! Also, wanted to give a personal shout out to Bri at the DC location, she was committed to finding me a car on my most recent trip and for that I am greatly appreciative!
