Customer service is great, I’ve seen a huge improvement since the last time I rented a car from enterprise. The staff were quick and provided all my rental car info quickly and efficiently electronically. The cars were in great shape and I even got upgraded for free since they ran out of smaller vehicles. I prefer Enterprise over any company at Union station now. Will be coming back.
Polite customer service is key, since it is not a priority here I'll bring my business elsewhere
I booked the car two days in advance. Lousy phone service when I tried to make a change to my reservation. I'll be switching to a different car rental company now. Congrats, you lost out on a $1,200 rental. Hope it was worth being rude and just hanging up on me when I had a simple question
The location gave away my reservation and I had to go to another location they also did not compensate for my lost time or alert me that the car had been given away
