Very friendly service! Curtis gave a us free upgrade to a toyota highlander, brand new from 2019. A perfect car for a 4 day road trip to the south!nnUnfortunately we made a little crack in the front window. We took a separate insurance (not with hertz), but luckily we didn't had to pay anything for this damage to the car!! Curtis was so nice to call his superior Philip, who came within 40min to check the damage and told us the damage was nog charged. Super nice service!!

I’m really disappointed and now stranded in DC. I was able to BOOK a reservation several months ago at this location. Literally have a confirmation number, got reminder emails,nEverything. Get there and the location is closed. I understand it’s the fourth but I was able to BOOK A RESERVATION. Now any other locations are closed or completely sold out and I’m actually stranded in DC with no way to get to a family reunion without jumping through countless hoops. I’m just really upset and calling customer service did absolutely nothing - they can’t do anything, they’re closed, they’re sold out. Please don’t let people book cars if a location is closed.

We just got in from the street, no reservation, nothing. Curtis organized everything, in 10 minutes we had a car. Thank you ud83dude00
