The staff was great! I made my reservation online and a rep called me shortly later to discuss it. I requested a pick up truck but they didn't have any. I needed to go pick up an appliance so the rep went out and measured the interior of a Chrysler Pacifica with all the seats down. Thankfully it was large enough so I took it! The transaction went smooth and fast. I told them I was worried to get it dirty while getting rid of the old dryer. He even gave me some plastic bags and tape to use in case I need to protect the inside (which I used.) When I dropped it off I had a little grass and debris in there and he said no problem that they would vacuum it for no charge. I was thankful again since I didn't have an outdoor vacuum to use. Overall I highly recommend this location! Even with the Covid restrictions, everything was great and actually easier! I didn't have to wait inside in line and I think it was faster than my previous experiences. Great job!!

The fuel was less than 1/2 tank and the cars were old and painful to drive on long road trip unless you had the luxury car. Staff was friendly and super helpful.

We reserved a car a week before our trip. On the day of our trip, we were told that they had no cars available and probably wouldn't have any until the following day. I let them know that I had non-refundable hotel reservations and would like Enterprise to pay for the loss. I was asked to forward confirmation of my hotel reservation and they would think about it. Luckily, a car became available in the early afternoon. We rented the car but all plans were ruined for the first day of the trip.

Great rental vehicle. It was dirty when we picked it up, but that didn't ruin our experience. It was an easy pick up and drop off process.
