Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I’ve rented from enterprise many, many times. This was the worst. Was rented a truck due to mine being in for repairs. I had to wait 6 days for a truck to come in, all the while the agent told me he would call... when I finally called the 6th day, (agent never called) it was “oh, you still need a truck... I have one” pick the truck up, 0 miles to empty. No fuel... oh but I can return it empty he says... thanks. Truck was wet outside, (was still dirty, looked like they simply sprayed it with a hose) interior was dirty, I vacuumed.nDrive the 0.4 miles back to my home only to pull up in the driveway and have “change engine oil” lite come on, along with low tire light on.

Even during a pandemic, the service I received was phenomenal. My car was ready for me when I arrived to pick it up and the checkout process was swift.

I would not go to another rental agency. This location is an example of how car rental companies should be. The staff is professional and friendly, the service fast and effortless. The prices are reasonable and the cars are clean and new. I'm so glad we have such a great Enterprise here in Springdale. Don't waste your time going anywhere else.
