Rental was good, Price was high
Scott, the site manager and his team are awesome to work with - the customer service Scott and his team provides is always excellent - Scott goes out of his way to make last minute requests possible and stress free!
Attempting to fuel the car before returning it became impossible due to if I tried to go somewhere else to fuel the vehicle I would have missed my flight, I was charged $220 for fuel which was extreme. Fuel cost averaging $1.96 a gallon, you can see how someone can become angred by being charged this kind of money for fuel. I do feel something should be done about this. This is a rid off!
The people behind the counter are always friendly and this is one of the easiest non hassle places to rent a car. Rented several from them and been happy every time. Best rental car place in NWA in my opinion.
