We had such a wonderful experience! We had made reservations with another rental place to find out they rented it to someone. Then made another reservation against my better judgement to receive a call on the way to pick it up that we can't have it till 1pm which my reservation was for 730. So we pulled in at your location in Fort Smith on 28th St and was taken care of automatically. It was such a wonderful experience and we will never rent from anyone again. Hertz is our go to from today on. Thank you!
I had an issue with my bank account and these guys were great. Marquis is awesome. Love this place. Wouldn’t rent anywhere else.
They have no respect and will lie to you about what your insurance actually covers and doesn’t. Do your research before renting. And talk with your insurance company.
The car they provided us with was great. However I called to ask a simple question after I had returned the vehicle and Marquis was extremely rude and hateful. That ruined the whole experience, will not use them again.
