I had advance arrangements that were met promptly. The vehicle was sanitized and waiting for me. The drop off was convenient. It may help if someone polls the people waiting to see if they know all they have to do is drop the keys in the box to return the vehicle. I certainly didn't, but I heard someone tell another customer the return drop box protocol. It was so simple and stress free!nnThanks

They were I-C-R-E-D-I-B-L-Y SLOW! It took 55 minutes to return the rental car and 10 minutes to arrange a ride to the body shop! When I reminded them I just needed to turn the vehicle in, the person was emphatically snippy!nFind another Enterprise Rental store somewhere else in town!nnTo the automated reply to my review:nI would be happy to provide all the information you requested in your reply to my review, but as you can see for yourself from the other reviews going back for months, this has been a defined behavioral pattern of the employees for a long time. This indicates to me nothing will ever change from any input I provide.nnSince others have the same experience I witnessed and already decided to never use this location again and will inform others if asked,  I'm not going to waste your or my time.

This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star! I have never seen such horrible customer service! They have taken $600 from me and still say I owe another $200 even though my insurance company is paying for majority of it and anytime either myself or the insurance company ask them questions their response is “I don’t know you will have to speak to a branch manager but they are not here.” Apparently they can’t add either, $45 after taxes! a day for 24 days is only $1,080.00 well they say it’s a total of $1,312.20, where is the other $232.20 coming from, their response... “I don’t know you will have to speak to a branch manager but they are not here.” my insurance company even told them to extend the $500 they were going to pay to $1000 so to bill them for the remaining $500, their response... “I don’t know you will have to speak to a branch manager but they are not here.” Definitely do not recommend them to anyone!!!!!

We were lied to by the employees at the Benton location and the location on Rodney Parham. The regional manager was at the enterprise location on Rodney Parham and after we called customer service and explained everything that happened to my wife and I at the location in Benton, they reported everything to the regional manager who called me and asked us to come to the enterprise location on Rodney Parham. He worked with us and had everything set up so when we moved money from one bank account to another one because the RM said would be better because of the type of debit card he left and put his staff in charge of finishing up. When my wife and I returned to enterprise on Rodney Parham the staff changed the amount due from what the RM had set, the two enterprise employees ran our debit card using the wrong billing address and it was declined. The two employees told me the card was declined because of lack of money however I had the account pulled up on my phone and showed them and the lady rolled her eyes at us. I explained they used the wrong billing address but she would not change it or run the card again. She did not wear her covid19 mask correct knowing my wife and I both has cancer and due to the bad business at the Benton location and Rodney parham location I missed my cancer treatment and the lady at Rodney Parham was not a nice lady. She acted very unprofessional. The four employees at both locations in Benton and on Rodney Parham were rude, all four showed no care about me missing my cancer therapy, all four talked down to my wife and me, and overall made us feel like garbage. The four employees Refused our bank cards/ debit cards as payment and said we had to have a major credit card only. We have never been treated so bad and hated. I hope and pray that the four employees get better and stay safe.
