Enterprise Rent-A-Car

My car was ready when I got there. The young man did a great job going over everything with me and showing me a few dings the car had. Checkout was easy. Overall it took less than 15 minutes and I was driving off the lot. The car was exceptionally clean. Smelled clean too. Was surprised with a nice, free upgrade even. Wonderful experience at Russellville AR Enterprise.

Enterprise agents helped me after my accident and got me in a car and on my way home in a pretty good time. I had to wait for the paperwork and my insurance but Enterprise made me comfortable and helped me settle back down after my accident. The rental experience was very good and the drop off was just as smooth.

The customer service is horrible...the guy was disrespectful and rude on the phone. It was worst experience ever.

When I arrived to pick up the car that I reserved, there was no one in the office. I waited outside for a while, hoping that someone would come out. I called twice, first time no answer, second time someone picked up and then hung up on me. I’m very confused, but not surprised. I have had many bad experiences with enterprise, mostly just terrible customer service. Also, I once got a car that reeked of cigarettes. I really needed that rental car for this week and having to try and hunt for a different car with no notice is a huge inconvenience.

Great car. Great price. Friendly staff. Was my 4th time using them and will use agian in the future.
