Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Hi my name is Brandon. I snapped my key off in my car on a Friday afternoon and immediately called Enterprise and they were able to get me in a rental THAT night which was so helpful for me as a single dad. Jamie was terrific, very professional, very kind. She made it a great experience and next time I need a rental I’ll be going back to “Wonder Woman”. Thanks

Great vehicle! Exactly what I asked for. Ford Expedition. Roomy and comfortable was a very nice ride for the whole family. Customer service was great! Courteous, polite. Ensured all my questions were answered. In and out in less than 10 minutes.

I have been a regular renter @ Enterprise Hillsboro for the past 3 years or so and I have to say this is one of the best location in terms of service and friendliness. Every manager/employee that has worked at this location has been friendly and accommodating. And current manager Kyle is definitely one of the best. Definitely a great experience renting at this location!

The lady we worked with was friendly enough but I’ve rented cars with various different companies and this one was the fairly unpleasant. I’m not sure if enterprise is just a lower tier car rental agency or what. This was a car rental due to an insurance accident. They asked a LOT of questions and required 2 different phone numbers and asked what my employer was. Normally when I rent a car, I give them my license and credit card. Decline the insurance and am on my way. Speaking of, they were VERY pushy over their insurance. They took a no as a “let me explain more”. This was 12:30 on a Wednesday, I have to go back to work!nnTheir selection was awful. My choice was a mini van or a mini van. They told me they may have more selections later on. Worse part of all, the gas tank was almost empty!!! Are you kidding me? We will be driving to PDX to get a better vehicle and hopefully a better experience.

My most recent rental was in Hillsboro, Oregon where I had the privilege of working with Taylor. I was greeted by Taylor within 2 minutes of my arrival as she was wrapping up with another customer. The only car available was a Mitsubishi Mirage - which was tiny & not really what I had in mind. Taylor could tell that I was underwhelmed & apologized for not having another car to select from. She gave me options of swapping the car out with another local Enterprise or checking back another day to see if another car was returned. I decided to go forward with the rental as I needed a car & didn't want to pay for a class upgrade. Within 5 minutes of my departure I received a call from Ted advising that a Toyota Camry returned right after I left their site. Taylor had informed him of the situation with me being unhappy with the Mirage & wanted to know if I would be interested in coming back for the Camry. Of course I was interested. They asked for at least an hour to thoroughly sanitize & clean the car & then I could come pick the new car up.nI was truly impressed with their level of service & their willingness to satisfy their customer. Taylor & Ted wanted to make sure I was happy & their actions solidified my decision to use Enterprise as my go to rental company.
