Budget Car Rental

The staff was fast and friendly. They explained every detail. Love Budget Rental as opposed to Enterprise rentals who were rude, over charged us and did not refund our security deposit.

Always a pleasure to do business with. Friendly, knowledgeable staff that always find us the best deal. We always get what we reserve without any last minute surprises.

It's hard to say three stars, the first rental was the 16th. The lady was very pleasant and gave me a great deal on a nice car, so five stars to her. On the 18th I needed to extend a day, he wanted to charge me a 100 dollars for one day when I paid 200 for three days. Long story short the man, I won't say gentleman, that rented to me on the 18 was definitely not very nice and made sure I had the smallest cheapest car that was on the lot. It was clear he didn't like the fact that the first lady gave me such a good deal on the Yukon I got.To sum it up I think he felt that I should be in what he figured MY CLASS!! should be in. Wasn't happy with him at all, never even tried to work with me with an upgrade or any kind and talked some what snobby towards me.

Life saver for a last minute rental . But they're way more expensive than enterprise, by a huge amount.
