Reserved and got just what I asked for it was clean in comfortable for my daughter. Great trip to her Dr.visit and back.

I made a reservation for an intermediate size vehicle. when I got there I was put in a Toyota Corolla which is not an intermediate size vehicle a Toyota Corolla is a compact car. I asked if I could get a bigger vehicle because Corolla is not intermediate and he argued with me that Corolla is intermediate mid-size I ended up having to pay extra to get a the next size up which I think is ridiculous because if you're driving long distances with children you would like a midsize vehicle and a Corolla is not feasible for long distances with children if you all consider a Toyota Corolla to be mid-size you really need to reevaluate your car sizes and adjust your pricing

We always get great service and we love the vehicles too! We had a Mazda CX-9 this time and now are looking to possibly purchase one! The employees at this location are always so friendly, helpful and nice! Thank you Avis!
