Enterprise Rent-A-Car

We received excellent immediate service from a very professional and humorous individual. They had the vehicle we wanted on time and got in and out without a hitch. A great place to do business with, I highly recommend them.

I always have a wonderful experience at this Enterprise. Nothing but the best customer service. I appreciate it when I witness them being spoken to horribly and they stick up for themselves and the company. Enterprise has never tried to make me pay for damage that wasn't already on the vehicle. Anything smaller than their little circle area will not count against anyone, including scratches that can can be buffed out easily. Thank you for being in Cabot.

The car was a blessing on our long trip. The covid19 has caused many things to become more difficult and time consuming. The young lady that helped me was very patient unlike the first gentleman that lost his patients because I called my reservation in instead of using the internet and things got a little messed up. It all turned out well.

Absolutely a waste of time. MADE A RESERVATION WITH THESE GUYS TWICE BOTH TIMES THEY SAY THEY ARE OVER BOOKED. VERY RUDE AND MANAGER IS VERY DEMEANING TOWARDS HIS EMPLOYEES AND WOMEN.nI DO NOT LIKE TO WRITE REVIEWS BUT THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLEnnWHEN THEY GIVE YOU AN EMAIL TO RESPOND TO SO THEY CAN FIX THERE SITUATION DON'T USE IT. KEEP ALL CORRESPONDENCE ON HERE SO EVERYONE CAN SEE EXACTLY HOW THEY ARE.nnDo not take the time to respond outside of this review. They do nothing but defend there employees and try to make you feel like an idiot if you can even get a response from them.

Amazing experience. I was hesitant when renting a car from this branch because of the online reviews I read before making my reservation but I took a chance and I'm glad I did. They where amazing , i rented a 2019 doge caravan GT and it was great on gas very clean. I will be back to this location. I belive some people have unrealistic expectations, they will call and want a certain car right then and that's not how it works. If you want a car Right now then take what they have and deal with it and be happy they have a car for you. There are hundreds of people renting cars daily if you want a certain car rent in advance a week ahead or at least a couple days... the people at this location are awesome and it's a great place... 10 out of 10.
