Tracey and Stephanie were the best! Very nice and helpful with my corporate rental truck return. Easy to find this location and plenty of parking in the lot. Very spacious clean comfortable waiting area in the office. Vehicles are prepared on site by staff so please remember to return in a decent manor to help them reduce turn around time for the next renters. Mask are required because of this COVID blah...

The associate who helped me was friendly, helpful, and courteous. Business was transacted with speed and accuracy. Very enjoyable encounter.

It's all gooder. I even had to take the car back to a different place then was no the rental agreement. No prob. I even got some money back for bringing it back early

For the past two years I have been renting at Enterprise due to the fact that it is the only option in good proximity. Prior to that I was faithfully using Budget. Since I stated using Enterprise and most recently during the covid 19 outbreak the interior of the cars are never truly clean. Most recently I had to remove a flip flop and there was filth between the seat and inside the door handles. That being said I ALWAYS feel nasty in their cars and personally spray and wipe them down before use. A free upgrade is always good but I prefer to be able to find coupons and discount codes online which unlike Budget I am unable to do. The best discounts I can get is when I order a car to be picked up first thing in the morning and they don’t have what requested available so I get what they have, unfortunately I like economy cars due to the gas savings but last time the only had a pickup which was very nice to have but I felt the gas difference. And I don’t understand why my request was unavailable because I had reserved it at least 5 days prior and the only pickup times I made were not drastic but they stated they should have what I need around noon... it was 8:30am. Now I’m familiar with this issue so I typically reserve my cars for noon when they get some in from the airport but this time I needed it in the morning. Customer service is always great the staff wear their mask and encourage social distancing the only issue I’ve had is last year after renting someone used my card info to shop on Wayfair I’m not a frequent user of my credit card so It was easy to know where the breach came from. Now I know it seems I have a lot of negatives but all in all I will keep using Enterprise because the employees are good and it’s my only option within an hours drive.
