Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Fast, friendly service. My only concern is maintenance on vehicle we rented. Rear tire had very little tread depth, had not noticed until close to end of trip, if it was my personal vehicle, I would have replaced tires.

Jonesboro: absolutely hated it, they gave me a car that was just dropped off smelled like cigarettes & perfume.nSearcy: my car was not ready they upgraded me to a minivan but I swear this car had fleas or bugs by my 1st rest area I was bitten all up...

Hard to get a hold of them by phone but once I got there they had what I needed.

Ariel was very friendly and accommodating. She worked with me to get my rental returned quickly and timely. I will definitely be back! The only issues I’ve ever had at this location was not enough sales reps at times.

We needed a nice vehicle for a family vacation to Gulf Shores.
