Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Very disappointed with the experience I had from the moment I showed up to get the vehicle. I was told I had a reservation and would be able to pick up a vehicle and I waited hours at the office before they gave me one. Then there was an issue with the price as I was told a price when I made the reservation and did not receive that price when I arrived. Then they would not allow me to do a one way rental, even though I would be bringing the vehicle back to the same location once I knew when I could return, which ended up costing me hundreds of dollars to have a vehicle sit around I did not need. Next was the billing issue that arose during the rental. They could not process my credit card even though the credit card company said there was no issue with my card. Enterprise made me come into an office to rerun the same card and when I arrived they took the keys and said they could not rerun the card for 24 hours, so they made me stay there for four hours and would not offer me anything for the time, frustration, and inconvenience. I called every number I could get to file complaints with the company. I have no desire to ever do business with enterprise ever again unless they make things right. This is a terrible company.

The truck I was supposed to get was damaged from previous occupant & not available for rental, but Enterprise stepped up & did everything they could to get me a truck. I ended up taking an SUV temporarily until I could get to Memphis to make a swap for a truck. Process was easy & quick & each person I dealt with was super nice at both locations. Along with the Hot Springs Area manager & the Memphis Area manager Matt. Thank y’all again

The 2020 Equinox was the best ride I had from you yet. I was comfortable. Easy on gas. I'm now looking for that type of car. The service of the employees were very friendly answering every question I had. I would send every one of my friends there if they needed to rent a car. They are the best in book.

I found the entire transaction from beginning to end to be easy. The Nissan Rogue was fully loaded and a well maintained vehicle. The agent that helped me at the location was friendly and courteous. My rental experiences with Enterprise have always been outstanding and the prices are good.nnI highly recommend using this company because of the attention to quality vehicles and service representatives.

Enterprise always delivers.....literally. I fly myself into small GA airports all over the country, and Enterprise is always there for me. They deliver the car to the FBO, always on time and never any issues. Last trip (to Hot Springs AR) we had a very nice Audi SUV waiting. Nothing but positive things to say!
