Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I did not have a great experience. I could not get a one way rental, they told me I had a reservation and then I waited most of the day before I received one, and then I had billing issues that were very time consuming. The overall customer service was rather lacking.

This branch is TERRIBLE!!! Lowest customer service ever!!! They will leave you hanging after confirmation of your rental!!

I had a great experience with Enterprise, Kyle, and the Team. I called last minute to reserve a car and for a pick up. They were very polite and helpful. I actually missed the call when they were trying to find the Airbnb where I was staying. They immediately came back to pick me up when I called. I would definitely recommend.

Terrible! Please shut this branch down. Twice this year they have canceled on me at the last minute without any apology or help to make it right. Recently my car was being repaired after I was hit in an accident. The insurance required me to use Enterprise. In any other city, that’s be fine. Not this Enterprise. When I reserved the car they guaranteed they would “pick me up.”nDid they “pick me up”? Nope. They called after I dropped off my car off to be repaired and shared that they had no car. (This is better than last time. Normally they don’t call. In the past they “forget” about the reservation. Then I show the reservation number. Oh, we don’t have a car. We will call if we get one.-heads up. They never got one) This time they say they should have a car later in the day. I call them later and I hear that not only is there no car, but they don’t expect one this week. But they’ll call when a car arrives. Well, it’s been 4 business days. I now have my car back. I am a pastor of a church and I am father of 4 small children. And I beg Enterprise to close this branch. In every other city I’ve used Enterprise, it’s been great service. But in Hot Springs, AR, I have never met anyone who has had a good experience here. In fact, the auto body shop laughed at me when they heard Enterprise was supplying the car. They shared that Enterprise had always canceled on their customers before. They would never recommend Enterprise in Hot Springs, AR to anyone.

I have been renting from enterprise rental for years, and even bought a car from themnNever had any problems. Always a pleasure no matter which city or state.
