Hertz

Currently waiting at an empty reception desk for over 10 minutes. Found a number to call and found out the only person working was on her lunch break. No sign said she was gone or when she would come back. So I'm stuck sitting here hoping she shows up.nnEdit: so the woman working finally came back. She was very nice and helpful. She is just all alone with no one to cover her lunch. I don't blame her at all, I blame management.

The Hertz car rental at the airport in Hot Springs, Arkansas is the best place to rent a car. I highly recommend them over Enterprise. Enterprise was not customer friendly. Hertz picked us up and brought us back when we dropped off the car. Very customer friendly.

Consistently amazing service for over 3 years!

Sent there by my insurance company after being hit by an uninsured driver. They were supposed to call me. And did not. Then, they did't have a vehicle for me. Called my insurance and they sent me to Enterprise.

They treated us awesome! I will be recommending them to everyone I know. Thanks a billion, sincerely Bryan Fuesling.
