Honestly I wish I could give more than 5 stars this HAS to be the best rental place I've ever been to. The staff is amazing
If I could give higher marks for the manager Larry, I would. After getting totally screwed by enterprise on July 3rd, on a reservation I had made and confirmed days earlier, Larry bailed me out on a super short notice rental. I cannot recommend the Hertz Conway location enough. They have earned my future business, which is no easy task!
Staff super helpful,. They go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of
Kamille and Larry was amazing in getting us into a car at the last minute!
