Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I travel a lot for my current job. The company that I work for rents a car by the month for me. They have an agreement with Enterprise, so that is where I get my work cars from. I’ve been using the Enterprise in Conway, AR, for 18 months or longer, so my opinion is not based on one single rental experience. I am enrolled in the Enterprise Rewards program and have earned 5 or 6 upgrades, which I am never allowed to utilize as the Employees always say that they do not have any cars available for an upgrade. I’m also in the store monthly, yet I am continually treated with rudeness and in an unprofessional manner. It’s as if they already have the contract with my employer so they don’t even care about the manner in which they treat me. Since the Covid pandemic began, they have closed the waiting area and are doing curb side transactions. I was literally yelled at for entering the waiting area. I had been waiting outside for over 15 minutes in 100 degree weather while wearing professional dress attire. I was literally suffocating from the heat. I simply wanted to make sure someone knew that I was there, and when I tried to say this (while standing over 12 feet away) I was yelled at again. The young man yelled, “GET OUTSIDE AND WAIT!!” In no time does anyone have the right to yell at another individual in that manner. I’m a grown adult. I submitted a complaint in writing, and no one from administration ever emailed or called me back about the situation. I sincerely hope other locations are better and this Conway, AR Enterprise Location is isolated in it’s mistreatment of regular customers.

Nice clerk at the desk. Needed a car because mine was going in for repair that day and the rental was arranged a week in advance. Car they had for me had bald tires and a expired plate. Would have turned it down but I needed to drop off my car for repair in 2 hours and the rental place was 45 minutes away. Not the norm for Enterprise, I use them at least 3-4 times a year and normally leave very happy.

Lied to my face. I'm an essential worker waited 30 minutes for anyone to come to the front just to be told they rented my car. They continued to say they had no other cars available as they rented 2 more in awhile I stood there.Being a corporate account and myself an essential worker I pray that it does not effect those in need. I asked their names but wasnt provided the names. I do have pics of the gentlemen when you are ready.

I arrived at the Enterprise Rental location at 7:20 AM on 9/24/2020. I waited well over an hour for my vehicle. I had requested a pickup truck due to my need of hauling some materials. The only pickup truck on the lot had 2 flats and the staff informed me that it couldn’t be repaired. I told them that I needed a vehicle swiftly because I had an appointment to keep. They proceeded to bring a pint-sized SUV out. It was filthy inside and out and smelled of cigarette smoke. I assisted the Enterprise employee with the walk around inspection as it was obvious that he didn’t really want to take time to do it. I expect more of Enterprise. This is one isolated incident in a string of positive experiences. However, the employees at the Conway, AR location need some more training.

I had a great experience here at enterprise. Everyone was wonderful. Very kind and helpful. Precious is one of the best!!! She was great on every aspect from explaining everything about the rental and going over the vehicle to make sure I knew how to operate everything.nnThank you very much.nB
