Enterprise Rent-A-Car

They rent cars trucks and vans. Get there early. They don't have a large fleet at this place.

I work for a company who honestly rent cars from them pretty often so that we can travel with our employees. Even though we made reservations or my boss does anyways for certain types of vehicles they never seem to have it when we get there and I always been told I'm will have to wait or that I can have something else. This is when I arrive at the scheduled time which I have called and confirm myself to be correct. the only reason to get three stars honestly it's because the guy that usually takes care of me up there is always very nice.

I had never rented a car until this year, they made the process easy and painless. Their rates are low compared to others in the area. Definitely will use them for any future rentals.

I wish I could give no star. worst place to go to rent a car. they will ruin your vacation, had my reservation and I went to pickup vehicle and they didn’t have the vehicle ready, instead gave a lame excuse saying they called to inform. Guess what I didn’t have any call from them. To that they said oh maybe there was a glitch or the number was wrong. worst costumer service. They did it twice with me. Don’t rent from them. if you have vacation planned and reservation with them, I would recommend cancelling it and getting one from somewhere else. Due to their unprofessional behavior and cancellation of my prereserved vehicle, I had to pay extra $200 to rent a car from different place!!! Never going back to this company

We had an excellent experience with our Enterprise. The SUE we had signed up for was not there when we got there they happily replaced it with an upgrade at cost agreed upon and also gave us a 10% discount on our bill. The employee who took care of us was super friendly and couldn't ask for a nicer person.
