The most Rude Unprofessional, and EXTREMELY incompetent franchise I’ve ever dealt.

Reserved a rental 3 days in advance, I showed up and had some complications with the policy that I was not informed on while reserving a vehicle, spent a hour getting it worked out and the manager told the only other employee they had to leave in 5 minutes to deliver a car, it was 4:35 which the lady told me it wouldn’t take long she could come back before they closed and finish so I could get the car. The manager was very inconsiderate and refused to allow me to finish the paper work to get the car. It caused a major inconvenience but enterprise helped me last minute and didn’t shut the door in my face as did the manager at hertz did to my family member and myself. Hertz was recommended to me by my aunt because she knows Jazmine and I have never been more disappointed in customer service. I do not recall the name of the woman that helped me but she was very helpful and professional. I can’t say the same for the manager.

I will never use another rental company! The customer service is far superior to any other I've experienced. The manager is so helpful and dedicated to making your experience seamless and timely.

The staff here is wonderful. They were very accommodating and helpful throughout the whole process of me having to get a rental while my insurance was taking care of my claim after my vehicle accident. The manager, Jasmine not only stayed a little late so I could turn it back in on time, she even gave me a ride home so I wouldn’t have to call a taxi or Uber. I will definitely use them for all my car rental needs.

PLEASE PLEASE DON'T GO HERE THEY ARE HORRIBLE PEOPLE, AND A HORRIBLE SERVICE. I MADE RESERVATIONS THEY CALLED ME THE MORNING OF AND TOLD ME THAT THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANYTHING. I WENT UP THERE THEY HAD A COMPACT CAR TO COME IN . I WAS QUOTED ON LINE FOR 115 DOLLARS PLUS A 50 DOLLARS FEE , AND THEY ADDED A 20 PERCENT FEE UNKNOWN TO ME. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN.
