I love the people that work at this office. They are the best! I always get a great vehicle, and I wouldn't use anyone else.

The bentonville office is awesome I've been renting cars from Marie there for many years her and her staff allways take very good care of me

Most of the staff is rude except Mary. If you ask for a SUV because you’re eligible to get one from your employer on a discounted rate, they will tell you stories everytime - 1. We’re not getting SUVs anymore 2. The SUV is already booked 3. We’ve only some sedans.. etc. It was always a struggle to get a good vehicle of your choice..in fact they will make you feel guilty for asking a SUV... and rudeness of the staff is at next kevel.. OMG... as if they are doing a favor... anyways not have to deal with them anymore.

Great service. Awesome COVID-19 measures in place for masks/social distancing. Front desk clerk cleaned the counter area between each customer.nnWe rented a mini van and were surprised by all the features. It was a Chrysler Pacifica with ALL the bells and whistles! We didn't want to return it. It make our family vacation much more enjoyable to travel in a vehicle with a lot of space.

Had a budget truck reserved at the benton ark 8th st location. Drove two hours to get there and they didn't have the truck. The staff did nothing to help resolve the issue. Need to move in the morning and have no truck.
